Who was Ryan White? Ryan White was a young, well spoken, and intellgent individual. Ryan was born on December 6, 1971 with hemopheliac. Years went by after getting the treatment by the name of factorate, which then caused Ryan to contract HIV/AIDs.

This site explains that the CARE ACT is named in honor of Ryan White. Ryan passed a few months before Congress passed the Act that bears his name. This website will help me with a lot of information behind The Ryan White Comprehensive AIDs Resources Emergency (CARE) Act.

This is a website created by Ryans mother so it's basically telling you what type of person Ryan was and how after his diagnosis of AIDS, he was featured in numerous television shows and on magazine covers. In the site Ryan himself talks about how there was discrimination towards him after he was diagnosed. This source will help me on plenty of background information and any other useful information that is needed.

Ryan White was born in Kokomo, Indiana in 1971. The website talks about how Ryan was born with hemopheliac and how he later on received the HIV/AIDS viruse. Hemopheliac is when your blood doesn't clot the way it's suppose to. Ryan then started to receive a treatment called Factorate. This site will help me with pictures and any other general information i need to learn about him.

Ryan White

I choose Ryan White for my NHD Project because I am interested in what he went through when he found he had HIV/AIDS at such a young age. This person is important to history because he was a victim of the virus and now, there are millions of people who have it, but no one else's story grabbed my attention as much as Ryan White's. For this weeks research, I found an article at www.ryanwhite.com. I will read and summarize it for next week.

The Most Dangerous Games

I believe Rainsford values liberty, for three reasons. For one, he kills people. He killed two people including a dog. Those people include Ivan and Zarroff. econdly, he seemed to, in a way; succeed in every task that leads up to these three deaths. His first trap was the tree trap, when killed Ivan. His second trap was when he put the pointy sticks in the quick sand and killed the dog. Furthermore, it seems that Rainsford doens't care much about anything. He doesn't care about animals. He says, "They have no understanding". In addition, he sleeps soundly on Zarroff's bed after killing him. In conclusion, Rainsford kills people along with dogs, he succeeds at many things, and doesn't seem to care. This is why I believe Rainsford values liberty.
